ABOUT ME
An accredited Level 5 IAPC&M Elite Life Coach, Tegan Rhys-Taylor is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), counselling, and hypnotherapy. She incorporates somatic exercises into her coaching and specialises in self-mastery and leadership. With five years of experience mentoring and coaching trade union members and representatives, her dedication was recognised by her then-Regional Secretary, who selected her to tutor a Women in Leadership course during the pandemic. This pivotal experience inspired her to pursue life coaching professionally. After months of practicing as a life coach, she soon determined that self-mastery and leadership were areas of coaching her clients benefited from, resulting in her decision to specialise as a self-mastery and leadership coach.
Having experienced trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem, Tegan envisioned a life beyond the constraints she faced and cultivated the courage to transmute her pain into power. Now, she supports many other women in breaking free from their own prisons.
Tegan serves female leaders, healers, teachers, and guides; ambitious, purpose-driven women; and those who aspire to live extraordinary lives on their terms. She provides comprehensive support throughout their coaching journey, helping clients revise their self-concept, beliefs, and self-talk, manage their inner critic, and release heavy emotions through somatic exercises. She devises bespoke strategies to help her clients achieve their goals, offering motivation, validation, community and ongoing accountability.
For Tegan, her mission is clear: to serve women powerfully through coaching, mentorship, and accountability, enabling them to become self-actualised, fulfil their divine purpose, and leave a legacy they can be proud of. Inspired by her own journey in overcoming anxiety, imposter syndrome and low self-esteem, she dedicates her work to women who face similar challenges and aspire to become powerful changemakers.
